A MISSING "HEY"...
It has come to 4AD's notice that their new compilation, "Best of Pixies", contains (or rather doesn't) an audio faux-pas. On the track 'Hey', Black Francis' introductory holla of "HEY" has mysteriously disappeared, through no fault of the Pixies (at least not the band Pixies). The album has been swiftly remastered to restore this magical moment and the new version will be available on all future, worldwide pressings as soon as possible.

Alternatively, we invite previous purchasers to perform their own karaoke remedy by shouting "Hey" before the music begins. 4AD will issue further updates once the replacement stock is available in a few weeks time.
